FAQ's

Shipping.

All orders are processed and dispatched within a week of the payment being received. PayPal payments usually clear faster than Stripe payments (credit or debit card) so please keep that in mind when choosing your payment method.

The processing/dispatch period be longer during busy periods, because of this if you're ordering at a busy time period (Christmas, New Years etc) we recommend ordering in advance to make sure your order gets delivered on time. Once your package is dispatched we will email you!

As we use free shipping, that means your package will take slightly longer to arrive than most packages from other companies. We typically say that your order will arrive within 35 business days after dispatch. If for whatever reason you don't receive your order after 50 business after dispatch, email us and we will try our best to trace the package and see where it is. If it is untraceable, we will work something out with you at the time. 

As we have various warehouses, please know that your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as we have different warehouses dedicated to specific products.

We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you agree that you will pay any custom fees. Throughout our experience and knowledge, our customer's are rarely asked to pay a customs fee, although we take no responsibility for this fee, and the fee is not paid for when you place an order. Please research the fees for your country for more information on the price you may have to pay, or contact your local post office.

Returns/Exchanges.

We do not accept returns/exchanges due to the limited quantity of our supplies and products, if your item(s) were damaged during shipping, please send an email to hi@prettylildoll.com including your order number, first and last name along with a description of your experience and pictures to show the damage.

Order cancellations/amendments.

Generally we do not support order cancellations/amendments . Please make sure you enter the correct details when you checkout, as well as choosing the correct sizes. If you're ordering a product that has different colour options, please tell us which colour you would like in the notes or instructions box at the checkout.

If you made a mistake whilst entering your detail(s) at the checkout, please email us (hi@prettylildoll.com) within 24 hours of making your order and we will do our best to amend your order, however we aim to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible so sometimes there's nothing we can do. When you email us, please tell us your order number, first and last name along with the email used at the checkout. If you'd like us to make any amendments to your order, please give us the new information in that email.

Photos.

All the photos (product photos etc) on our website are photos that customer's have sent to us when they've received their order, this allows us to show our audience and followers the exact products that they will be purchasing, unlike some other stores that don't show actual photo's of their products. If we use standard photos, it's because we haven't received any customer photos. 

We would appreciate it if you take some photos (preferably good quality ones) of the product(s) you order and send them to us via social media or email, it'll let us show people more people the authenticity of our products and help us build our brand! Please note that if you do send us photos, your photos may be featured on our social media accounts and/or website, if you're not comfortable with us doing so please let us know when you send the photos, it'll be nice to know you received your products.

Sizing.

Most of our clothes are measured in cm (centimetres) so if you need to know the size in inches, simply google "X cm in inch". As we have various warehouses you may find that there's a 1-3cm difference throughout our range of clothes, if your measurement is close to the measurement on our store, we recommend you going a size up just to make sure it fits. If there's no size above your size it should still fit most of our clothes have a stretchy material.
